Neil
Jan Gale is an
E-Business Consultant, Webmaster, Artist, Photographer, and Author. Neil was born in
January of 1960, in Chicago, Illinois, United States of America, to Doctor
Jack and Adele Gale. Neil earned an AA degree in Computer Science from
Chicago's Wright College in 1980. He earned a Management Certificate from
the General Finance Corporation in 1981. He received an Auto Credit
Management Certificate from DeVoe Cadillac in Indiana in 1987. In 1994 he
received a Diploma from the Academia Argentina de Diplomacia. Neil received
an honorary Diploma from the Institut des Affaires Internationales in Paris,
France in 1994. He received a Diploma from the International Cultural
Correspondence Institute in 1994. Neil was honored with a Doctorate in
Business Management in 1994 from the World Academy in Monchengladbach,
Germany. In 1993 he received an honorary Doctorate in Business Management
from the London Institute for Applied Research in England. Dr. Gale was
appointed a Professorship in Business Management in 1993 for the Institut
Des Hautes Etudes Economiques et Sociales in Brussels, Belgium. He was
honored with a Professorship in Finance for the Australian Institute for
Coordinated Research in 1994. Neil was Decorated Knight of the Order of San Ciriaco in 1994.Dr. Gale's business
career began in 1980, in the Consumer Finance Industry, as a Manager Trainee
for the General Finance Corporation, progressing rapidly to being certified
a Branch Manager in nine months from the two year program. In 1984 he joined
the Midland Finance Company in Chicago, as the Marketing Manager. He served
as the Director of Marketing and as the Loan Committee Chairman for the
Diamond Mortgage Corporation from 1985 to 1986. In 1987 he became the Senior
Financial Analyst for McKay Mazda-Nissan Auto-Mall, where he successfully
opened and supervised the Oxford Bond and Investment Company, a
"buy-here pay-here" finance company. In January of
1988, Dr. Gale founded the National Consumer Credit Consultants (NCCC)
located in Chicago, serving as the President and CEO until the acquisition
in early 1996. During this time, Neil authored a very successful series of
consumer collection letters aimed at the high-risk debtor. In March of 1996,
Neil founded Everything Internet, an Internet Presence Provider company that
designed and developed websites for companies in any industry. In March of
1998, Everything Internet merged with Millenium Technologies, Inc.. Neil is
currently working as an Independent Consultant, under the business name of
DrGale.com. His personal experience includes executive level involvement in 6
successful start-up ventures. He has managed projects
for numerous Fortune 500 companies, including GE Aircraft Engines, Monsanto,
AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Lovejoy, Inc., SPR, Inc., CTG,
Inc., and Montgomery Ward.
In January of 2003,
Neil was named to the Board of Directors for the U.S. Department of Peace
Coalition (DOPC) and served until December of 2004. Dr. Gale was named to the Board of Directors to the U.S.
Women's Chamber of Commerce - Illinois Affiliate in June of 2002. In 1992,
Dr. Gale was appointed to the Advisory Council for the International
Biographical Centre in Cambridge, England. Since 1990 he serves as a
Continental Governor on the Board of Governors for the American Biographical
Institute, and has served on their Research Board as an Advisor since 1989.
In 1998 the American Biographical Institute pronounced Dr. Gale as a
Continental Governor for the United States of America. This honor is the
highest honor the American Biographical Institute bestows. He regularly
contributes articles and editorial to professional journals. Neil was a
Notary Public for the State of Illinois from 1986 through 1990. He was the
First Aid Chairman for the Chicago Walk with Israel in 1977. He served as
the Treasurer for the Friendship Circle Club from 1976 through 1978. Dr.
Gale has received numerous honors and awards, including: World Intellectual
of 1993 from the International Biographical Centre; International Man of the
Year 1991-1992 from the International Biographical Centre; Man of the Year
1990 from the American Biographical Institute. In 1993 Dr. Gale received the
Gold Medal of Honor awarded for Outstanding Achievements and Dedication to
Personal and Professional Goals. He was the recipient of the International
Biographical Roll of Honor award for Distinguished
Service to the Consumer Credit and Collection Profession presented by the
American Biographical Institute in 1991. He received the Distinguished
Leadership Award for Outstanding Service in Consumer Finance from the
American Biographical Institute in 1990. Neil was honored with the
Outstanding Contribution in the Field of Business and Finance award from the
International Biographical Centre in 1989. He was awarded the Outstanding
Achievement award by the Chicago Public Library in 1979. He was honored with
the Business in an Urban Environment Award given by Illinois Bell Telephone
Company and the Chicago Board of Education in 1978. Dr. Gale has also
received many honors from the Internet community. Neil has received numerous
Internet Awards for the quality and depth of his website development
projects and his graphic arts talent.
