Business and Internet Consulting

For GE Aircraft Engines: As the e-Business Liaison with Sun Microsystems, coordinated 200 extranet user groups to migrate their individual websites into TeamSite, a content manager application. This high-level, 15 week project provided an easy way for non-technical employees to add their content to the website and brought consistency between functionality and design.
For The Gregory Auto Group (Hyundai, Chrysler, Jeep, and Dodge): Within the first 90 days, doubled the dealerships auto sales. In addition, I took control of the website marketing, increasing our Internet sales prospects by 40%, and increased online credit applications ten fold. Set company policy for Internet sales. Trained the sales staff and managers to use the “SalesCenter” lead follow-up system. Developed a “Best-Practices” document for timely follow-up of leads. Re-designed, developed and managed the corporate websites, increasing Internet traffic by 246% over a 60 day period.
For The Ultimate Business Solution, Inc.: As the CIO, was responsible for executing this start-up businesses plan; a completely internet-based Application Service Provider (ASP). Business services offered included processes for Payroll, Bookkeeping and Accounting, HR/Personnel, Customer Relationship Management, Sales Force Automation, and Benefits Communication via Enterprise software solutions, on a cost-per-seat arrangement.
For Remington-Microshare: As an e-Business Consultant, I designed customized IT and Internet solutions and provided proof-of-concept for those projects. Liaison between the client and the applications developers.

Information Technology

For DrGale.com; Developed the “Automotive Lead Follow-up System” (ALFS), an add-on application for ACT! (CRM). Specifically designed for automobile dealerships and individual sales people, ALFS automates the management and follow-up of sales leads. Over 1000 users Nationwide.

Sales and Marketing Experience

For Montgomery Ward: As the Project Leader I developed an e-commerce website. The site included real-time service appointments for Wards Auto Care Centers, Wards Hair Salons, Wards Eye Care Centers, Mattress Purchase and Delivery, and Flower Delivery. The instant credit application generated an increase in credit accounts by 23%, and direct web sales reached $2.5M. Managed website representatives from each of the 326 stores.
For Hawkinson Nissan LLC: Pre start-up involvement, as the CIO, for 6 month rollout. Developed and managed the corporate websites, a Windows 2000 network hosting over 30 workstations and 40 users, and a UNIX network running ADP Financials and dealership inventory. Managed all vendor and Internet Lead Providers (ILP) relationships and CRM activities. Responsible for the Internet generated sales to encompass an average of 35% of the dealerships total monthly sales.
For Rwk Design, Inc.: Designed all of the corporate marketing collateral, using Adobe InDesign CS, including full color business cards, stationery, 6 ad slicks, and numerous ACT! marketing templates. Work with Rwk Design on client projects.

Website Design, Development, Management and Training

For Monsanto Company: As an Internet Consultant, I developed an Intranet site for the Trademark and Copyright Legal Division of Monsanto. The site included an extensive trademark database, live status reports of pending trademarks and copyrights, Monsanto trademark guidelines, and real-time request for service.
For AT&T/Lucent Technologies: As an Internet Consultant, lead the design an Extranet for the Pension Services Center. The 6 month project succeeded in making available online, via a secured website, all company pension data. Pension letters, notices, bulletins, and other e-correspondence were automated.
Accomplished, award winning photographer and graphic artist. Expert skills with Photoshop, Illustrator, FrontPage and other web development tools. Specialties include photography, animation, 360º virtual tours, and web graphics.
